When should Tripsafe wristbands be worn?

Tripsafe wristbands should be secured onto a childs wrist before leaving on the journey, or on arriving at the destination. They should be worn at all times during the trip.

Can lost / damaged wristbands be replaced?

Yes. Tripsafe wristbands can be re-ordered through your Tripsafe account, or by calling us on 0845 123 5813.

What happens if there is more than one group out on the same day?

If there is more than one group going out on the same day, simply allocate each group leaders mobile number to the correct wristband numbers for their group, in your online account.

Will group leaders mobile numbers be given out in messages?

No. Tripsafe only asks that a group leaders mobile number is allocated to wristband numbers in your online account. Each mobile number entered remains confidential and is not given out to anyone, including children in the group(s).

Group leaders also have the option to keep their number private when contacting the finder by using the Withheld Number function on their mobile phone.
